Cancellation Policy
Payment Policy – Dominion Mobile Detail To provide smooth, reliable, and high-quality service, we ask all customers to follow our payment guidelines: Accepted Payment Methods We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments (Zelle, Cash App, Apple Pay). Checks * Checks are accepted from returning customers only. * All check payments must fully clear the bank before vehicle release or service completion. * Dominion Mobile Detail reserves the right to decline checks at any time. Returned Checks * Any returned or bounced check will result in a $35 non-sufficient funds (NSF) fee. * The remaining balance must be paid immediately using cash or a verified payment method. Deposits * Larger jobs, multiple vehicles, or specialty services may require a deposit to secure your appointment. Non-Payment * Failure to complete payment may result in service refusal, cancellation of future appointments, and possible collection action if necessary.
